A RASH CREAM (RASH FROM RADIATION)
In these last few days of radiation treaments, I have developed a worsening 'rash' from the treatmens (which nurse said is common). I'm trying to find how to get rid of it.
I've tried Desitin on one half of breast & Hydrocortizone cream on the other half... rash did not itch at this point... just terrible looking. These two products did Not work for me.
Over last couple days, this rash got bad fast & looked liked it was becoming infected, & it was itching!!!
I tried a thick diaper rash cream called 'Boudreaux's BUTT PASTE', it stopped the pain & itching, but the bumps of the rash are still there after 2 full days... it has healed some... maybe about halfway. And when I wash off the cream to apply a fresh coating... the rash begins itching bad again.
I also tried 'Triple Paste medicated ointment' did not work either.
Now I've put on 'Cardiospermum Florasone Cream', a homeopathic cream... it doesnt seem to be doing anything.
well... at least with the Butt Paste... the itching & pain stopped... & until I can find something else, maybe I should stay with this one.
