Can this lead to Lymphoma?

I survived appendix cancer, goblet cell carcinoma, for 10 years.  This past week at a check-up, my doctor found a lump in the right side of my neck.  2.5 cm enlanged lymph node.  Will have CT scan last week.  Could this be cancer?

Can this lead to Lymphoma

I've had a 0.8 cm enlarged lymph node (also on the right side) for the last 30 years. Apparently benign. BTW, what was your treatment for appendiceal cancer, and what stage was it? I was diagnosed with it last Jan (2021). Currently on Xeloda, the oral version of 5-FU.
