in Head and Neck Cancer #1

Hello.  I am an SLP and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good book/printed resource that discusses what to expect before/during/after treatment of head and neck cancer.  I work with several patients with this diagnosis, and I feel I need more materials to help educate myself, my patients, and my families.  I have a limited budget so the cheaper the better!  But if there is a very good reasource I am willing to spend some money.   Thank you very much.  I just joined this forum this morning and I've already learned a lot from some of the discussions.
