what my oncologist said
She said that curcumin, which is the active ingredient in turmeric, shows promise so she suggested taking some of that. She didn't know how much, so I take one capsule, 400 mg a day. My son, who is a doctor, researched anti-cancer foods with me and I eat real food instead of a bunch of pills because they are not sure what in the food is the active ingredient many times and distill the wrong part! So, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts are a good start. Tomatoes in any form for men. No smoked food of any kind, little or no red meat, no meat that has been charcoal broiled or cooked over extreme heat. That is a start.
Fondly,
Alison
