    Letrozole Experience

    Auntkk,

I also have an estrogen fed cancer.  I took Letrozole for approx 5 months and during that time my CA125 dropped dramtically.  The only side effect was minimal hairloss.  Unfortunatly after about 6 months my CA125 went back up .  So for now I am back on chemo - Gemzar, Carboplatin & Bevacizumab (Avastin), I just finished my 1st cycle.

Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.
