Lung cancer and not trusting your doctor anymore

So I have had lung cancer twice. The second time I told my doctor to remove the whole lobe if it was cancer again or larger than we thought but he wedged it now I have spots rwo small and one larger which my doctor didn tell me about, my oncologist did   She showed me the whole scan. I think my doctor is so afraid of being sued he doesn’t have my best interest. And no one told me that I have a nodule on my rigjt breast   Nodules have always turned bad for me. But why didn’t anyone say to me make sure you get those mamagrams
