Has anyone ever had a Papillae?

Hi everyone!

On my last colonoscopy, three months ago, the notes said that a papillae was found, and the GI said it wasn't anything to worry about and was normal. I had a digital exam yesterday and the oncologist felt it, and said he thought it was the same thing since it was in the same place as described in the notes. But he said he wanted to make sure that's what it was, and to schedule a scope test.

I have my 6-month PET scan next week on Wednesday and so afraid something will be found! I've been good basically, but I've had little aches and pains, including deep in my ball-and-joint hip area on the same side where the tumor was. I guess it's normal to worry, but still wondering if others have had this "papillae" and if they've had these weird pains at 6-months post treatment.

Thanks all!

I hope this turns out to be nothing of concern.  I wish you all good results on your PET scan!
