Living without a stomach

Constant hunger pains
I had my stomach removed July 2019, and when I went through chemo afterward, I couldn't eat or drink much. In the past six month, I've really gained back weight. I have been working out a lot, and look healthy, but I cannot seem to stop these hunger pains. Anyone have a similar experience?

Hi!
I had my stomach removed four weeks ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to eat. I'm at the point where even a small 2oz portion of baked salmon causes nausea a few minutes after I eat.
How have you managed to gain weight? Did you have a total gastrectomy or partial? I have my small intestine connected directly to the bottom of my esophagus.
Just looking for ideas on how others got through this process.
Thank you!
