I just started reading Radical Remissions by Kelly Turner.  I am sure many may have already read it but my husbands oncologist's nurse practioner mentioned it to us.  The author researched and interviewed people who had radical remissions and writes about the nine things in common that they all did to aide in the fight against their cancer.

That sounds really interesting! I'd love to know what you think of it once you're done reading it.

    I believe I have/had this book

I just went to look for it, and can't find it. Maybe it went to the library when we moved.  It is a good book, though I am not a person to be able to follow strict diets.

    Strict diets?! Nope. I'm

Strict diets?! Nope. I'm nauseous 24/7 and have to stick to a non-residual diet. That leaves me with about a dozen different things I'll eat, if I eat at all. Food is so uninteresting to me. The thought of most of it just makes me want to barf. I can't imagine having to stick to a diet.

    I love this book

I found this book so inspiring. Most of these people had no hope left and figured out ways to overcome the disease successfully. Definitely not just focused on diet....many other things. And in most cases didn't involve great expense. I may need to re-read instead of mindless binge-watching! Lol
