Good luck!!paintergrl said:Glad it went well
I'm glad you are feeling well so far. I start my treatment next Thursday. Cabo + Keytruda (immunotherapy). Drug trial. I'm more nervous about the SE for the Cabo. I hope Mark is doing Ok and checks in.
I will be praying for you. I am glad that you are going to be starting treatment and I hope that you have minimal SEs.

So glad to hear yourMarkDavid18 said:One done ... so far so good
Good Morning! Well my first infusion is done and I'm feeling great. No SEs yet except a little fatigued but hard to say if that is from the threapy or maybe I am just exhausted after going to 15 appointments at Mayo since 5/29. I am also on daily Lovenox shots to treat my blood clots - that is fun. Thank you for all the prayers and support - you all are the best! My next treatment is July 5th and my hope is to stay out of the hospital until then ... that would be a wonderful break
. Everyday I pray for strength, peace and healing for everyone suffering from this horrible disease. I am going to keep fighting on until I beat this thing.
So glad to hear your treatment was a success. I'm happy to hear no side effects. I with you on the appointments it was exhausting for me there for a while. I had PE's from all this too however I'm currently on xarelto. I hated the shots. Today I was able to attend my 5 y/o daughter's dance recital. I finally felt human again. Today was a win for me. I wish you the best Mark. My oncologist said if my treatment is successful I may can get 18 months to 2 years from it and then when it stops working there are other drugs we can try. I have been told my cancer is an agressive one. However I have never been one to give up without a fight. I pray deeply for all of us and our loved ones who have been struck with this. I wish you the best Mark most of all I pray that eventually there's a cure.
