upload a picture

Does anyone here know how I can upload a picture from my computer's picture library? Civilmatt I know you have done so before.

    I thought instructions were stored somewhere, can't find them. 

    Click on the tree icon, before the paintbrush and font setting in the bar. Look for the image URL line and click on the blue icon with red dots. On the next popup click on the Upload tab. You can select the image from you computer there.
