    I suspect it is a bit of everything but I've been told the important thing is to make it fun and importantly have no expectations and don't beat yourself up. A little vino helps too :)

    Good friend of mine told me about glass of red wine which also relaxes blood vessels and speeds up heart rate which makes blood circulate faster bringing more oxygen to the brain and penis and after that 10 mg of Cialis works great for him. He did not have prostate Ca but he has diabetes for about 10 years. 

    Honestly, I am non drinker so I am not Interested for his combination.
