PolyPEPI1018 trial (cancer vaccine)
This is an immunotherapy trial for Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes targetting common CRC cancer genes. My guess is that this is follow-on work from NCI. This could be incredibly exciting stuff as this could cure common KRAS mutations in CRC. My guess is that it could cure other types of cancer as well with these mutations. I'm guessing the G12D and G12V are covered. I think that six mutations are covered overall and I don't know which the others would be.

I think that these vaccinesdarcher said:Sounds good.
A cancer vaccine would have been great to have a few years back before this mess started. If it's a cure and doesn't do the damage chemo and radiation does it's worth it's weight in gold.
I think that these vaccines are fairly narrow in the gene mutations that they target but I think that they target the most common ones.
