Hi, I am new to this board. Three weeks ago I was diagnosed with a mass in my lower right lung that was 5 and 1/2 CM by 4 1/2 cm. Today I went in for the biopsy and the mass was 4.8 CM by 4.2 cm can these masses change depending on the direction you're laying in the CT machine? Or could The Mass actually be shrinking which would I hope? I will not find out the results of the biopsy for another 3 days. I think not knowing is the hardest part. Any encouragement or advice accepted.
