Opdivo stopped working for me. I got 14 months out of if.

Now looking into Axitinib and clinical trials.

    Well, that sucks!

    I hope you're able to get on something new, that works, as soon as possible. Hopefully, it's just a momentary setback.

    Knowledge

    Sorry to hear about this Rhominator.  I know you were hoping you could stretch that med out longer than the 14 months especially with the lack of side effects you were having.  I wish I had more knowledge about these drugs to add some substance to my response.  Know that I'm (we're) pulling for you and praying for the skill of your doctors to care for you and point you to the next medicine.

    Take care,

    let us know

    Tell us how the new treatment works for you.

    You had a longer run on Opdivo than I did.

    Opdivo
    My dad has stage 4 RCC - he is on Opdivo and has been for 2 months. He is experiencing a lot of nausea and throwing up. Anyone have any helps with that?

    Leaning towards Axitinib

    I'm deciding between 3rd line standard care with Axitinib or a clinical trial: CB-839 With Everolimus vs. Placebo With Everolimus.  I'm leaning towards Axitinib.
