2nd Visit to Oncologist today - Scan results
I'm a little nervous, not too bad. This is my first scan post-op and I can't wait to see what they've found. Or not found!
I had quite an extensive, 10 hour surgery and I have 16 1/2" of cuts. An upside down "Y" it is. Quite the battle scar.
Surgery was Mar. 8th and doing good from that. At age 63 it was not a picnic in the park!
So I will breathe easier pretty soon, I hope!
Love reading all your posts and love the great support here. Thanks to all of you for the info every day!

Thanks & it is good news. The same lymph nodes that were swollen during surgery still are, and no changes. It's a great scan! I can breathe for a few more months!!
Ok'd to keep taking 60 mg Cabometyx. If it's too hard to manage SE's, we'll drop it to 40 mg. He doesn't want me to 'tough it out.' So, I go back in 2 weeks and go from there. Stable is a great word, I like stable!! I'll take that every time!!
