I got up in the wee hours because my back was bothing me, with additional anxiety around blood tests later this week.  After 45 minutes of reading through many of your posts, I suddenly realized I hadn't thought about or felt my back in that whole time.  Or been tweaked by my worry.  Great feeling; great way to start the day!  Thank you all for being out there -
