Extreme pain with expander use
Hello ladies,
I just started using the expander and the pain is excruciating. I got a prescription for lidocaine gel but can’t figure out how to get it deep enough to work. It didn’t come with any type of applicator. Any info on pain management and lidocaine usage would be really appreciated. I don’t know how I’ll continue if I can’t manage the pain.
Thank you all for the support I’ve had through this entire process. It was so much harder than I was prepared for.

NoniK, This just occurred to
NoniK, This just occurred to me... I bet a syringe would work to get the lidocaine further up.
