TACE procedure, anyone have experience with this
My husband just completed 12 rounds of Folfox (?spelling?) and will now change to Folfiri due to numbness in hands and feet. He is also scheduled to meet with IR regarding TACE. I am wondering what the side effects of this would be, has anyone had this done? How long is it, is it an overnight thing or same day like his other chemo treatments. He has tolerated everything pretty well so far. Usually pretty tired for the three days post take down, sometimes really feels like crap, but by day 4 perks up. Should I expect this TACE to hit him harder? Any sharing of experience would be greatly appreciated.
