Finally!!!!! (for now anyway)
Met with my oncologist this morning, to review the results of my recent CT Scan and blood work, which were the first since my treatments ended on November 8th. I am soooooooooooooooo happy and relieved to have heard the words "you're cancer free". I generally consider myself to be a strong individual, but I must say, this morning I was full of anxiety.
Being involved in this forum from the beginning of my cancer treatment journey has been so helpful, educational and inspiring to me. There is so much caring, sharing and support, that I can't thank you all enough, as it definitely helped me through the process.
Now, I'll be on the every 3 months bloodwork and once a year colonoscopy schedule.
Thanks again!
Barry
