Left renal mass

Renal cell carcinoma, conventional clear type

Surgical parenchymal margin is negative for carcinoma

Tumor size 5 x 4.5 x 4 cm , 45.5 gr

margins uninvolved by invasive carcinoma

Fuhrman nuclear grade 2; G2 , 

Nuclei slightly irregular, approximately 15µm , nucleoli conspicous and eosinophilic at 400x magnification

Tumor limited to kidney

    Follow up with the scans and you should be good to go for another 30 or 40 years.

    Ah, yes...fear. Well, you are in the right place here, I think, because I doubt there is a single member here who is NOT fighting fear.

    I will tell you how I deal with it. I personify my fear into The Grim Reaper. Then I go out into the woods and I tell him some things. I tell him I know that sooner or later he will get me, but that it sure as hell isn't going to be right now. Then I offer him some extremely vulgar suggestions as to what he might do with himself. And I do it very loudly.
