    See a dermatologist

Anything could be cancerous but only a professional will know that.  Ask your doctor about it and ask to be referred to a dermatologist.  Anything that grows and changes in appearance should be treated seriously.  Get it looked at so you can stop worrying.  Letting things go without getting it checked is not a good way to treat your health, skin problems or anything.  Good luck.
