Immunetherapy for small cell

Hello

 

I was wondering if anyone has tried or has been recommended for immuentherapy for small cell? my husbands small cell was gone after radiation and chemo. but three months into remission a spot is now in his adrenal gland we have

been recommended for a trial in Maryland for immunetherapy. I know there were tons for non small cell. just wondered if anyone has for small cell.
