Good luck, Phil
I had my CT scan on the 4th and have to wait to see my Oncologist on the 28th, because he is off in India visiting family. I've learned to forget I've had my scan and just get nervous the day of results - ok, a few days before the day of results -
Sending you good vibes.

Good luck!
I'll go to AA mid March for my next CT scan. I try to go in emotionless, because I know it is gonna be what it is. Just hate sharing bad news with the family. I am super hopeful this time because I am feeling better for the first time in months.
Phil, you are in good hands. Praying for great results for you and all of us with upcoming scans and other tests.

Good Luck
Good luck Phil, and everyone else who is due for a scan soon. I hope you all get good results. I feel so fortunate that I'm able to access my results quckly through the patient portal site. My docs and I had a conversation early on and I managed to convince them that I could handle dealing with bad results better than the drawn out stress of wondering about results, so they post everything within a day or so. and we go over the results at my next appointment, or if there are questions, I can call the office. It has worked well for me so far, but may not work for everyone and perhaps not all docs would be willing to give access like that.

Great news, Phil!Phil64 said:Fast Results
omg. Just like Grace, I was able to access test results on the health portal. And I think this is the fastest they have all come in.
- Felt nauseated but didn‘t get sick.
- CEA < 1.0
- Scans - no signs of metastasis
yay!
Glad you got good news and that you were able to get it so quickly

I hope we all can celebrate and that smarter people than us will find true cures for this terrible disease.
The blood draw was so busy today that I was called up to go to infusion to get a blood draw. Sat next to a younger man and wife who where there being treated for Stage IV colorectal cancer. It felt good sharing my story, sharing HOPE. And it was a reminder of how not too long ago, I was receiving treatments and facing “not eligible for surgery“ decisions.
I would love to see some real cures soon! Eradicate this disease!
