My friend has been on it for
My friend has been on it for over a year. She thinks it's wonderful. Her husband is a body builder and he thinks it's great, too. My diet is already so limited from the ostomy that I'm not going to restrict myself even more.

I have tried Keto unsuccessfully
I did it faithfully for six weeks upon diagnosis. I lost too much weight very rapidly. I was not using enough fat. My current doctor has me on Mediterranean which is far less limited, but still stresses good fats like olive oil and nuts, along with loads of vegetables. Two of the natural docs I see recommended keto. I just find it difficult.
