Array BioPharma has a phase iii trial-BEACON- using three drug combo of Encorafenib.Binimetinib and Cetuximab,to be soon presented at an ASCO GI conference,as per markets.business insider.com

    Is this for V600E or BRAF in

    Is this for V600E or BRAF in general? I think that most people don't know what their gene mutations are so maybe a bit more description so that people could see whether or not this would be useful. Also, location of the trial might be useful as something across the country may not be helpful.

    Trial is in Europe;V600E is Braf mutation involved

    For those who have this mutation,you might want to research whats being done with other cancers,like melanoma,which can also be applied in CRC> If successful,more will be heard in US about it...

    The site onclive.com might alsoprovide ideas....

    MSK has a trial as well. I have a friend on another forum and her husband is in the trial. Might be the same trial.
