What is Sigmoid Colon Neoplasm?

Hi All,

Just want to ask some questions since my CT Scan diagnosis states that Sigmoid Colon Neoplasm or Colitis

My history is i was in pain lower left abdomen for about 10 years. At ealry years of pain i was constipated, mid years was bloated and

a lot of gas/farting too much, diarehhia and chills.

Just last week i had my colonoscopy and ct scan, colonoscopy was done first before ct scan. It is normal and the doctor sent me to undergo CT Scan for a follow up test. Then here comes the results “sigmoid colon neoplasm or colitis and radiologist suggest a biopsy.

As advised by doctor i dont need a biopsy since the colonoscopy done earlier was normal.

Does this mean that no serious problem with my colon? I still feel the same pain over and over again.

Ps: Only antibiotics were prescribed.

Thanks all
