My ND suggested that I start on this yesterday and gave me this link to watch the documentary which I watched this morning.  It was very impressive and gives a lot of hope for several reasons.  I then watched a few of the additional links.

I'd appreciate anyone chiming in with their experiences, how long you've been on it etc. etc.  Do remember that each body is different in the way it reacts- I'm thinking very strongly of giving this a go.
