Any opinions on which works best for nausea on the 6th day following Chemo? Thanks!

    Its individualized.

    Compazine will or may make you very sleepy. The Zofran really worked really well and no noticiable side effects.

    Zofran worked well for me.

    Zofran worked well for me. Comp didn't make me sleepy but different for everyone.  When I was doing chemo I'd switch between zof and comp every 4 hours to prevent nausea
