    Possibly so

    There is no treatment which provides a 100% response rate, although there are normally some patients who receive a full response from any one of the various drugs. However, Bortezomib/Velcade is labelled for Myeloma, but PBL is thought to be quite similar, so its use would seem warranted. In such a case, I would ask the hematologist what plans B, C and D are. Have you reseached clinical trials?
