I know I have mentioned this before, that I come from a family that on both sides, have cancer and it is not just one type.  It is all over.   I think the total of family that has either had or has died from it is at 25.  It is very traumatic.  Liver, colon, brain, stomach, pancreatic, kidney, breast, skin, thyroid, bone, bladder, testecular, lung...it is crazy! 

Last week my family got another one, my brother's kidney cancer moved to his bladder.  He starts chemo this coming week and it just hurts my heart to know he will go through that suffering.  My Aunt is not doing well, her breast cancer moved along to her lung last year and now it is in her brain and she is suffering alot of side effects and struggling really hard. 

I am still here and I am fighting and I think I am doing alot better than I had been.  One thing my family has taught me is to keep fighting, dont take a day for granted.  Enjoy the day.  Dont let this illness rule you. 

People ask me why, after all this trauma, do I still beleive in God?  and I answer, How can I not?   He has gotten us through so much, for without Him, we would go nuts.  He gives us peace in our minds and hearts to get through the fight. 

Please pray for my family, we need all the prayers we can get.

    Annie, I am so sorry that your family has to go through yet another battle with this horrible disease.  Please know for sure that you and your family are in my prayers.  I guess there are some things we will never understand. I pray for a cure for all cancers.
