Itching around the butt area and vagina

During my first chemo I experienced terrible itching around the vagina.  It lasted about a week and during this time, I used vaseline to help give me some relief.  The vaseline was a buffer between my fingers and the itchy skin. I finished with my second chemo a week ago.  This time, my itching was inside my butt cheeks and anus area, not the vagina..  Again I used vaseline, which did give me some relief but it did not get rid of it totally.   I purchased some CBD oil to use on my neck muscles as I experience tightness in my neck right after treatment.  It worked to relax the muscles.  So a few days ago, I decided to use the CBD oil on my butt and anus.  I know that you can ingest CBD oil.  So my thinking was, if I can ingest it then putting it on my anus area which does have some hemroids should be okay.  I can tell you within minutes the itching went away!!
