Jaw and Ear pain -SCC

Hi All

Did anybody  had ear and jaw pain after chemo and radiation therapy??

I'M having this for past 1 week as my oncologist is out of the country.

I completed 33 rads with 6 chemo sitting on Sept 21.

Please reply with your valuable thoughts.

    Ear Pain

    I had terrible Ear Pain during my recovery period post treatment...I also had 33 rads and two mega doses of Cisplatin. The ear pain would flare up whenever I would try to chew anything and it felt like an excrutiating ear ache. I saw several ENT's and they pretty much just said to give it time. One thought I had fluid in my inner ear, and the next said I didnt. It was very frustrating. One day the pain just vanished (about three months post treatment)nand has never returned.

    Ear pain

    My husband had ear pain as well. It finally left.

    I have some jaw and ear pain

    I have some jaw and ear pain as of last few days but nothing intense...yet, left side, same as where the tumor was.
