Camul! CVS messed up again!
I won't go into the details but I wind up having to contact them every month not because they mess up my scrips, but because the process of accomplishing that is a mess. The website is horrible and really incomplete and on the phone they say will do something and the next month it wasn't done sometimes reesulting in an overdraft at my bank ( they refunded it )
Sooo I am having a ball being in constant personal email contact with them right now and you KNOW I won't hold back. That's making this snafu really fun for a change
Don't you hate when customer service quotes the manual to ypou and doesn't address the issue? Or, this isn't my area, I have no access to what you need. GREAT!!! Thx for nothing.
Having a ball today. You too please
Your everloving Padawan dear Obi Wan

Wouldn't it be great if all of the skills we developed during treatment could roll into a paid position? To be able to figure out all of our own records is a tremendous feat! Just think of how much the healthcare system could improve if we were given consulting jobs!
