Persistent Pelvic Pain, ten months after RP

Hello,

I had a radical prostatectomy in December 2016. Gleason was 3+4 and PSA following surgery (in March) was undetectable. PSA in August was 0.1 I am still using one pad a day. My main problem is persistent pain when I'm sitting, especially on hard surfaces. Also, if I sit on a hard surface I will have an "accident" shortly thereafter. My surgeon said he never heard of such a problem so long after surgery and the second opinion urologist also didn't know what to tell me. I have tried Kegels but they seem to make my problem worse. Has anyone else out there heard of anything like this? I'm not sure what the problem is and what kind of doctor or provider can help me.

Thanks so much for your attention to this.

David
