My cousin died from this form of cancer but I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I stayed close to her during her 1 year treatment before she passed. I am 12 years NED from anal cancer effective Dec. 2025. Various cancer types run in my family. Best wishes, Carolyn Viau

I need to add, I am not an authority of any type of cancer. The best I can do for you is give you and your husband a vitual hug and ask Jesus to surround you with his protective angels in your time of need. It's important to listen to the medical authorities who are handling your husband's case. I just reread a few posts, and there are survivors out there. My cousin was given 1-3 years and she passed almost 1 year to the date of her diagnosis. But that was just her. Others have survived. My heart goes out to you. I forgot how difficult the subject of cancer is to talk about. My bad. Like the doctors say, every patient is different. Many blessings to your family.
