side effects and longevity of treatment for Ibrance and Letrozole

I have been on the Ibrance and Letrozole combo for nearly a year now with good results, I am close to normal for my cancer marker. It has never been clear to me when the Ibrance treatment stops, I know that historically the letrozole treatment goes on for around 5 years. Meanwhile my red blood cells have been low and malformed, so that has become a concern for me. As well my head is often tender (like a sun burn) and my hair is slowly coming out. But, God love my stuborn hair bacause it tries, so hard to come back in. I now have a halo of fine floaty hair surrounding my otherwise longish ruley locks. Just not sure what to "do" with this new do but I am thinking it could be useful to start a new fad! Anyway, anyone with the I&L experience, I would love to hear from you. Thank you and my very best to you all! Michelle
