On Both Sides

No, it's not about Trump; that was to get your attention Smile.  I  went to a breast cancer survivor's gathering and heard something new, or new to me.  Most women have their cancer diagnosed on the left side. I was surprised since I'm a righty.  Just for fun and not for any research purposes, was it the right or the left?

I was told if your breast cancer is on the left (and when I say told, I do NOT mean by medical people:), then it's related to emotions, as in having your heart broken at some point. I can't remember what "they" said was the reason for the right side.

    Love to you all,

    Both

I had invasive lobular carcinoma on the left and microinvasive ductal carcinoma on the right. My doctors could not tell me for sure which appeared first but it has spread to my sentinel lymph node on the left but not the right. They said it is somewhat unusual to have two different types of cancer.
