Looked like MS, but now more like tumors

My vision is terribl... waiting on lumbar puncture results which yielded initial high spinal fluid and lots of white blood cells.... they are sure I don't have an infection. several rounds of IV steroids have helped with the swelling in my brain, but the demyelination is still there. 

 

Of of course I don't have a diagnosis yet, but just looking for someone that may have some answers or had a similar situation.
