    Fatigue

First, just wanted to say how sorry I am you're going through this.  About fatigue, I just read today that it's important for a caregiver to arrange to have someone come in for at least one day a week, so you can rejuventate yourself.  The writer suggested that you don't even necessarily need to go anywhere, while someone else is filling in; you might just need quiet time at home.  Do you have a friends and famiy support system that can trade off at giving you a weekly respite?  You might also use the search engine on this website to search "caregiver fatigue" or something similar, to read other recommendations.  God bless you and your family.  I hope you continue to reach out on this site.
