Good Karma for all my friends!

Not quite four years ago I was diagnosed with a tumor on my right kidney. By October of 2013 it was removed and confirmed to be RCC T1bMxNo. My 5x7 cm mass was removed in a open surgery, This last week I had my 4 year scan and am now happy to be able to report NED is still my friend. As I count my blessings I wanted to pass on the good karma to my friends here in CSN. Best wishes to my fellow survivors.

Congratulations, enjoy, and celebrate. I forgot--are you on annual scans now?

Stub,
First two years was every 6 months, and last 2 years has been annual. This year was MRI and Chest X ray. The doc scheduled Ultra sound and Chest for next year. He says no more scans after next year, which makes me a wee bit nervous. I moved from NM to FL last year and honestly I dont know if there is a regional difference in standard of care or changes are at the national level.
