Rosemary, for what its worth
There's a bunch of rosemary growing around my house, so I decided to check on pubmed for its effect on colorectal cancer. There are no human studies, but rat and test tube studies seem to indicate it may be helpful. So, I guess I will add some rosemary tea to my routine.

Rosemary on chicken and potatoes! Yum!
I used to make popcorn with Rosemary, Thyme, Oregono, Garlic Salt, and Onion Salt. Those were the days.
Trader Joes has an herb popcorn (in a bag) now and it's decent but nothing like homemade.
Even better: slice up a bulb of garlic and drop it into popcorn.
