Getting first biopsy for septum nasal symptoms. need advise?

I am scheduled for my first nasal biopsy on my spptum inside my nose. Very scared. What to expect afterward. My lesion is very small with dryness and crusting around since February. i am worried the doc will miss it and I will have to have more than one. Did anyone have a first biopsy that came back negative? How long did the biopsy take to heal? If anyone can help me thru this it would be much appreciated.
