I've read an article on Fingernails or toenails with very small lunula (the half moon formed on our nails) usually indicates low immunity & indigestion problem. It days it may happen due to slow metabolism and TOXIN OVERLOAD in the body. And I, myself, surely found out I had all my fingernails and toenails this way now!! They were well-formed half moon and with pink color skin before I got into this messy Folfox infusion!! Now my nails are pale, and the skin is dark. This means I am loaded with TOXIN in my body!! OMG!! Cry, cry, cry.... Cry

    Toxins are bad!

    But here's the kicker.  I myself was loaded with toxins. FOUR years ago this week was my last chemo. FOUR years later I'm THREE YEARS NED. I'll take the toxins and live happily ever after. 

    Be strong. One day you will be four years NED, and not mind those toxins half so much.
