Multiple primary cancers
Hello, I am waiting to hear the confirmation (or not, hopefully!) of my 4th primary cancer. In 2004 I had thyroid, 2008 breast, 2011 endometrium and now during CT scan control, a mass in the left kidney, first spotted last year, has grown.
Now this... seems to be terrible luck, to say the least. I feel also very lonely, with no other stories like mine to relate to.
On the bright side, the previous ones were treated successfuly (thyrioidectomy and iodine therapy; bilateral mastectomy and chemotherapy; histerectomy).
I would like to know of anyone with similar stories and also, from kidney cancer patients, what to expect.
Thank you,

I too have had multiple primary cancers and understand how lonely you feel. Even surrounded by people who love me, I struggle to get over how absolutely worn out I am. It’s unfathomable to anyone who has not been through multiple cancers and treatments that I can be so totally exhausted even though I’m cured. Every day is a struggle to accomplish even the smallest tasks. I know your post was years ago, but I hope you’re doing well and thank you for giving me a place to express my truth.
