Transplant Surgeon Discusses Activity and Exercise After Surgery
I found the following transcript of an interview with a transplant surgeon in Utah. It's not specific to nephrectomy but much of his advice should apply. Many of you, like myself, want to become more active and exercise as soon as possible after your surgery. In my case, I may have overdid it which cost me an unscheduled 2 night hospital visit a couple of weeks after my partial nephrectomy. This transcript goes into more detail than what you normally see for post surgery instructions. Hope this helps.
