Can someone please help me understand the results:What does it mean if PET Ct reads

What does it mean if PET Ct reads Left breast shows metabolically active soft tissue thickening (6.5 x 2.7cm, SUV max 14.2) involving multiple quadrants and extending into nipple areolar complex. Few metabolically active tiny nodules are also seen in the lower inner quadrant.

IMPRESSION: 1. Metabolically active left breast lesion (with extension & involvement) with lymphnodal and solitary bony involvements as described.

Also it says physiological traces in liver.

What does SUV max of 14.2 means? Really worried.

I think you should call your doctor and ask today.  There is no sense of needless worry. They found my breast cancer on a PET/CT and the doctor called me right away before I was even home from the test. If there is a suspected cancer, they should have called you before you ever saw that result!
