PET SCAN Results solitary bone involvement/physiological tracers what it means
My sister is 35 years old and has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Her PETSCAN shows physiological traces in liver, kidneys, rectum. What does it mean?
Also findings shows that Metabolicaly active left breast lesion with (extension and involvement) with lymphnodal and solitary bony involvements. What does it mean? We are meeting with doctors in few days but would like to interpret the results.

hello i know waiting is not good...but thats the best thing to do is to let the doctors explain everything to you and your sister and ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND KNOW YOUR OPTIONS... not sure what all that on PET means..but Prays and Hugs to your sister and your Family...she will be fine
