    Be aware that Abiraterone is Zytiga .

    What is new here (as I read it) is the discovery that beginning Zytiga very early is much more effective than known before. Traditionally, Zytiga was usually perscribed after chemo had started to fail; the report says use it before ever starting chemo, along with HT.
