New caregiver member
My husband, Kent, from Southern California received a diagnosis of Stage 4 right tonsilar cancer with metastasization into right lymph nodes in April 2017. He has completed 3 rounds of Cisplatin and 35 radiation treatments. He is one week post treatment. He has a G tube and has TPN, intravenous nutrition. He currently has mouth and throat pain and thick mucus. At present, he cannot swallow. He has just resumed taking food through G tube as his stomach was not able to tolerate anything.

So, my husband Mike passed away peacefully yesterday at home. His BOT and Oral tongue cancer had recurred in his throat and metastisized to the skin on his neck and to his spine. Thank you all for your very positive posts and vibes.
Very sorry of your loss. God Bless,
Crusta;
